Who are we?

We are a group of high schoolers from across magnet schools in Monmouth County, NJ. For a lot of us, the schools we attend do not have dedicated music programs, which means that we have no choice but to pursue our interests outside of school. Sharabh Ojha initially founded this group as "TECHappella" in order to share our passion for singing. We started out as an a cappella group performing at our school, but have since focused our efforts towards all forms of music and community service, such as performing at retirement homes and special education programs. This website is dedicated to cataloguing our journey performing both as a group and as individuals, paving our own path for artistic expression and growth.

Sharabh is a senior at High Technology High School. In his free time, he likes to sing, code, and teach.

Xhaiden D'Souza

Arrangement Director, Beatboxing Hopeful, and Tenor/Alto

Xhaiden is a senior at High Technology High School. He loves science, making music, and adventuring in nature.

Bernice Zhao

Co-Vocal Director and Alto/Soprano

Bernice is a senior at High Technology High School. She is passionate about psychology, social advocacy, and creative writing.

Keith Miquela

Co-Vocal Director and Bass/Baritone

Keith is a senior at High Technology High School. He is a versatile musician, a STEM enthusiast, and a proud Filipino.

Arhan Nagavelli

Guitarist and Tenor/Baritone

Arhan is a senior at High Technology High School. Outside of music, he loves sports, Mexican food, and all things STEM.

Alex Wang

Alex is a senior at High Technology High School. He is a creative writer in his spare time, and he is also passionate about singing and learning ancient Chinese history.

Svaramya is a student at Marlboro Memorial Middle School. He likes to play video games and make YouTube videos.

Ishaan is a senior at High Technology High School. He enjoys coding, chess, and mucking about with hardware in his free time.
